The hotel's decoration is absolutely magnificent! From the exquisite artwork on the walls to the luxurious furniture, every detail is a work of art. The general areas are spacious and comfortable, perfect for senior people like me to relax and enjoy. The accessibility for senior people is excellent, with wide hallways, handrails, and elevators conveniently located throughout the hotel.

I would only ask for a better vacation if the children working there could be a bit more attentive and helpful. Sometimes, they seemed overwhelmed or distracted, and I believe a little more training on how to assist senior guests would make a big difference.

The hotel is located in a prime area, which makes it easy to access all the iconic sites and luxury shopping areas. The rooms are spacious, clean and well designed. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay, and the spa and massage services were exceptional.

The concierge service was lacking in expertise and attention to detail, which resulted in a mistake with our dinner reservation and wasted our time.

I would have loved to see more activities tailored specifically for senior guests. While the staff was helpful and friendly, I couldn't help but feel that they were more focused on catering to the younger crowd.

I always stay here because it has free Wi-Fi, a restaurant, and a fitness center. The staff even helped me find good places to eat. It has everything I need and more. I am coming back for New Year.

This hotel is truly luxurious, exceeding our expectations with its exclusive amenities and exceptional service. The Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, complete with a sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. The Spa services like full body massages, facials, manicures, pedicures and waxing were great, with a serene and upscale atmosphere, and a selection of unique spa treatments. The delicious food in the restaurant was paired with great service, and special diet menus with in-room breakfast were available. Additionally, the prime location made it easy to explore the surrounding area by foot.

We did have one minor issue during our stay. The room had a heating system malfunction which was disruptive to our sleep.

I had the most wonderful stay in this hotel. From the perfect location which made exploring the city so easy, to the exceptional level of service provided by the staff, everything was just amazing. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary facilities to ensure my comfort. In addition, the hotel also had some great amenities like a spa and gym which allowed me to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast spread was also quite impressive and offered a wide range of options.

My room wasn't cleaned properly upon check-in. Unfortunately, there was a used bottle and some hair on the towels, but the staff promised to clean it.
